CHEMISTRY Laboratory

Chemistry Laboratory is equipped to perform basic chemical analyzes of food (water, oil, wine, milk and derivatives, preserves) and general analytical determinations. The laboratory is used for practical activities of courses related to general chemistry, analytical chemistry, food chemistry, agricultural industries, dairy technologies, oils and fats technologies, oenology, canning industries, cereal industries.

Maximum number of students per session: 15.

Location: on the ground floor of the Mascabruno complex.

Audiovisual support: overhead projector, laptop and video projector, slide projector.
