The course 'KINETICS APPROACH TO PREDICT THE SHELF LIFE OF FOODS', held by Prof. Elena Torrieri, will start on January 27, 2025. The course is part of the educational offering of the Ph.D. programs in Food Science. For all Ph.D. students who will attend the course, the first meeting to define the course schedule will be on January 15th at 12:00 PM in AULA LINGUA at Mascabruno.
