OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH SURVEILLANCE

- Request for Health Surveillance Appointments

The request for a health surveillance appointment is submitted by the professor/RADRL for all workers treated as employees (thesis students, PhD students, research fellows, scholarship holders, contract workers, volunteer interns) at this link.
 

- Health Surveillance Appointment Schedule

All workers treated as employees who carry out activities at the Department of Agricultural Sciences, if exposed to risks, must undergo occupational health surveillance in accordance with the instructions of the professor/RADRL.
 
The letter of appointment providing the date and the time of the health surveillance examination will be sent to the institutional email address.
 
The appointment schedules will be published on a monthly basis.
 
Students scheduled for a visit must bring a valid identity document. Those who wear corrective lenses are advised to bring their glasses.
 

The MEDICAL REPORTS can be downloaded through the KOAMED system as soon as they are available, by following the instructions provided at this link.

The request for an update of the "Fitness to Work certificate' (GIUDIZIO DI IDONEITÀ ALLA MANSIONE SPECIFICA), following the notice requiring tetanus vaccination, should be sent to the following address: medicinadellavorofed2@gmail.com


SAFETY TRAINING (For English-speakers)

Students and workers treated as employees, following the instructions of the professor/RADRL, should fill out the form (available here) with all personal data in order to access the 16-hour training course:

4 hours for the basic course + 12 hours for the specific risk course (The course is delivered online through Microsoft Teams).

English-speaking classrooms are organized for all international students of the University, as long as a minimum of 35 participants is reached.

SAFETY TRAINING (For Italian-speakers)

UNDERGRADUATE AND MASTER DEGREE STUDENTS (last update 08/10/2024)

Before starting laboratory activities for the 2024-2025 academic year, each student is required to:

1. Complete the online Basic Safety and Health Training course
 
The online course requires a 4-hour commitment and successful completion of the final test. Access the Federica.EU platform to register. For more information on the registration process, click here.
 
The code required to access the course is "Agraria1".
 
2. Register for the Specific Risk Training course
The course requires a commitment of 12 hours (over three days), attendance is compulsory, and a certificate is issued upon successful completion of a final test .
To access the specific risk training course and to facilitate the formation of classrooms on Microsoft Teams, each student must fill out the form at this link.
 
The certificate is valid for 5 years.

Before starting laboratory activities involving expoure risks is required to:

A) Undergo the health surveillance examination, requested by the tutor/professor/coordinator responsible for the activity carried out in the laboratory.

 
B) Complete the online Basic Safety and Health Training course

C) Register for the Specific Risk Training course

*The training courses in B and C can be attended regardless of the occupational health surveillance appointment.
